Perched upon the picturesque hillside of Saint Maarten Island, Oyster Pond Residence stands as a bold departure from the Islands’ conventional white-washed architecture. The residence features a triangulated concrete facade which not only adds a touch of modern elegance, but also beautifully captures and reflects the colors of the surrounding landscape.
As guests arrive, they embark on a journey of discovery. Upon approaching the home's entrance, they are greeted by small whimsical windows which dance along the entry facade. These playful windows guide you to the central stairway, which divides the villa into two distinct sections and ultimately frames the Caribbean sea beyond.
